Terrine of local game pressed with smoked bacon, and juniper berries with a damson chutney compote  
Asparagus Spears
Gallette potato, poached duck egg, dill and finished with hollandaise sauce

Accompanied with a selection of bread rolls  
Caprese Insulate
Buffalo mozzarella, beef tomato balsamic and basil  
Bantry Bay Mussels Mariniere
In a white wine sauce with a hint of garlic accompanied with a homemade bread roll  
Squid and Chorizo Salad
Squid, chorizo, rocket, shallots and olives  
Napped Chicken Liver Pâté
Accompanied by sweet and sour onion compote swirled with balsamic, pesto and cumberland sauce

Eleven House Salad
Rocket, baby spinach, mozzarella, beef tomato, cherry tomato, pine nuts with green pesto and balsamic reduction  
Butternut Tarte Tatin
A combination of butternut and sweet potato topped with smoked cheddar and a buttered white wine reduction 
 Lakeland Chicken
Locally sourced chicken filled with sage and lemon complemented with sweet potato puree  
English Beef fillet
Pan seared fillet of English beef with chorizo mash, balsamic cherry tomatoes with buttered spinach 
Medallions of Pork fillet
Dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus, glazed Spanish carrots with a coarse mustard and red wine Jus 
 Gressingham Duck Breast
Served on a golden rosti potato, carrot, courgette and dressed with a marmalade glaze 
 Seared Salmon Fillet
Presented with pak choi, asparagus and dauphinoise potatoes  
Roast Monkfish tail
Roasted tail of Monkfish, orange mash, asparagus spears accompanied by a lemon scented sauce 
 Pan Fried Bream

Fillets of Bream, olive mash, watercress pesto finished with a lemon infused beurre blanc.
