All prices include Bed, Breakfast and VAT @17.5% and are dependant on season. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Please contact us for the current rates as we do run specials throughout the year.

Eleven Restaurant
Evening meals are prepared by our Award Winning Chef and are served daily. The restaurant is closed on Sunday evening.

Terms and Conditions

Short Breaks
Short breaks for a minimum of 2 nights, prices are based on two people sharing the room and may not be available during peak periods i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter and some Bank Holidays. Terms available on request.

Children
90% discount for children sharing a room with two adults. Normal rates apply for children in a room to themselves.

Confirmation terms
All reservations must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room. In the case of credit card confirmations this will be deducted from your credit card account.

Arrival and Departure Times
Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask that they are vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.

Cancellation
If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before arrival, failure to arrive, or leaving before the original departure date we reserve the right to claim the total booking cost. We recommend you consider holiday cancellation insurance cover.

Parking
Parking opposite the hotel is free overnight, but a fee is charged between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.

Smoking Policy
The hotel has a non smoking policy for all rooms. Smokers are requested to use the garden to the rear of the hotel.
